To who we sell?

We only sell our products to professionals. Most of our customers are hospitals, independent laboratories, laboratories that are focused on quality control, academic institutions (universities, schools) and specialised research facilities.

How can I order?

You can order directly via our webshop, but you can also order by email or fax.

I don't want to pay in advance or when I order, can I order on account?

Approved customers can order on account.  Before you can order on account, you first have to get approval from our department credit management. 

I am a foreign company, can I also buy according to the principles of VAT reverse charge?

We deliver our goods, according to our standard rates to the following countries in Europe: Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, United KIngdom, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Croatia and Romania. 
If we receive a valid VAT-number, we deliver our goods according to the principles of VAT reverse charge.

Do you also deliver goods to companies outside Europe?

We also deliver goods to companies outside the European Union. All our goods are transported by TNT to our customers.
